浙江智兴集团热电厂4×35t/h锅炉烟气脱硫项目，由浙江天蓝总承包，采用了专利技术－废碱法烟气脱硫技术。2009年10投入运行，SO2排放浓度低于50mg/Nm3，脱硫效率达95%以上。
